intramuscular - 1. upper outer quadrant of gluteal region(to avoid injury of sciatic nerve)
2. anterior lateral of thigh(away from femoral nerve)
3. deltoid
subcutaneous - 1. deltoid
2. abdominal at belly
3. anterior lateral of thigh
